Join us for an exclusive Soil-to-Fork Summer experience hosted by the colossus of the food world, Nancy Silverton, who will be joined on this special occasion by Monteverdi Tuscany’s Chief Culinary Officer Giancarla Bodoni, to prepare a once-in-a-lifetime feast using our freshly harvested ingredients comprising organic vegetables from forgotten and heritage varieties, turned into delicious recipes by these two food powerhouses.

Nancy and Giancarla have known each other for a long time and this first collaboration at Quintosapore will be a true celebration of our farm’s essence.
