Join us for an exclusive Soil-to-Fork Summer experience hosted by the colossus of the food world, Nancy Silverton, who will be joined on this special occasion by Monteverdi Tuscany’s Chief Culinary Officer Giancarla Bodoni, to prepare a once-in-a-lifetime feast using our freshly harvested ingredients comprising organic vegetables from forgotten and heritage varieties, turned into delicious recipes by these two food powerhouses.
Nancy and Giancarla have known each other for a long time and this first collaboration at Quintosapore will be a true celebration of our farm’s essence. As they say: "Part of the Italian culture which is so important to us is what happens when you are eating good food and the conversation that sparks from it. Sometimes you eat food and it feels like memory, it feels like it’s more than what it's on the plate, because we manage to cook food that brings emotions, and conveys the love for the land and the producers behind the ingredients we use”
