We ensure that the olives are cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting to preserve their natural aroma, flavour, and beneficial properties. Our olive trees are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, avoiding harmful chemicals. These practices guarantee that the final product is entirely natural and of the highest quality, making it stand out from other olive oils.
