We are happy to announce the first partnership with historical award winning farm Il Palagiaccio for a special tasting of some of Italy’s most extraordinary cheeses. From Gran Mugello to Bel Tartufo and Galaverna, cheese connoisseur extraordinaire Carlo Capocchini and twin farmer chef Nicola Giuggioli will take you on an unforgettable experience, with plenty of our Etruscan wine Malmaturo of course!

August 21st to the 24th

Quintosapore will return with the now famous Ofyr bbq Potatoes in Aglione Aioli on the streets of Borgo Dentro in Citta della Pieve, ahead of the Palio corteo storico and competition.

SOIL-TO-FORK FARM VISITS AND DINING EXPERIENCES

Join us for a unique journey from Soil to Fork and gain a deeper appreciation for the food you eat. 

BOOK HERE

Experience our multi-disciplinary approach to agriculture, where you will learn about reviving forgotten varieties, breathing life into ancient crops, experimenting with biodiversity and farming the Quintosapore way – using Biomimicry wisdom and mixing different techniques such as Agroforestry, EM Technology, Biochar, and a bit of Quantum Physics (yes really!)

 After the guided visit, you will be treated to a fabulous outdoor lunch where you will be served a 5 courses tasting menu featuring all the fresh vegetables harvested on the day, cooked on our outdoor wood-fire Ofyr and GreenEgg Kitchen.

The meal includes plenty of our special Malmaturo wine, made with an Etruscan forgotten grape variety exclusively grown on our farm. You can add truffle from our farm or meat sourced from a local, trusted supplier, for an additional charge.

* This experience usually starts late morning and we will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

SOIL-TO-FORK FARM VISITS AND DINING EXPERIENCES

Join us on the farm for a journey from soil to fork and gain a deeper appreciation for the food you eat. Experience a unique and immersive journey through agriculture as we take you on a farm tour. 


You’ll learn about agroforestry, Biochar, EM Technology, soil health and the techniques and methods we use to guarantee the exceptional quality of our produce.

Follow your food from our farm to your plate, and appreciate all the hard work and dedication that goes into every step of the process. Not only will you better understand where your food comes from, but you'll also learn valuable insights into sustainable farming practices and why it is essential to support local agriculture.

After you visit the farm, you will be treated to a fabulous outdoor vegetable focused lunch served in a scenic location where you can enjoy the beautiful view of our farm valley.

You will experience a delicious tasting menu featuring just-picked vegetables and fruits from our farm. They will be perfectly prepared on our wood-fired Ofyr and GreenEgg BBQs and served with organic condiments, oils, and wine.

You can add a truffle or meat course, sourced from a local, trusted supplier, for an additional charge.

This experience usually starts  mid-morning and lasts until late afternoon. We will be outdoors so please dress accordingly.

TRUFFLE HUNTING EXPERIENCE

Would you like to experience the thrill of truffle hunting? Join us for a unique and unforgettable adventure.

BOOK HERE

Our day will begin with a brief introduction to the world of truffles. After that, we will head into the woods to search for these highly prized gifts from nature, with the help of our dogs Moka, Bella, Alba, and Rucola.

Once we have had a successful morning of hunting, we will sit down to enjoy a delicious full-course Soil-to-Fork meal cooked by our farmer chef using our organic vegetables harvested on the day and the truffles found during our hunt.
