QUINTOSAPORE IS AN INNOVATIVE FARMING PROJECT IN THE UMBRIAN COUNTRYSIDE.
My twin brother and I always shared a dream to farm together. When we founded Quintosapore in 2019, we opted for a multidisciplinary approach guided by biomimicry principles.
Our primary focus is understanding and listening to the soil and the life it supports, from seed to harvest. To accomplish this, we combine regenerative, biodynamic and organic principles with innovative techniques such as agroforestry, effective microorganisms, and Biochar. And we add a bit of Quantum physics too (yes really!)
We set ourselves for the most challenging (and exciting) job there is - try to create our own stable growing environment as quickly as possible, to adapt to a changing climate and to show another way of farming is not only possible, but can flourish in ways beyond the imagination.

OUR FARM EXEMPLIFIES THE POTENTIAL OF TRUE REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE.
Our approach is simple, we blend ancient wisdom with cutting-edge innovation for a holistic approach to agriculture, to put back real flavour and nutrition into the food we grow and eat.
We lovingly produce all our limited edition products from Soil to Jar in our Farm Kitchen Lab, using only our organically certified and hand harvested seasonal fresh vegetables - and nothing else.
The majority of our crops are heritage and rare – including our Malmaturo wine, made with a forgotten Etruscan grape variety.
OUR FARM EXEMPLIFIES THE POTENTIAL OF BIOMIMIC FARMING
Biomimic farming is a concept that involves emulating and incorporating natural processes and systems into farming environments, drawing inspiration from nature’s efficient and sustainable methods of producing food.
At Quintosapore we replicate the diversity found in natural ecosystems to create resilience and balanced farm environments to adapt to climate change.
This approach eliminates the reliance on chemicals, promotes organic and regenerative farming techniques, and aims to increase yields while preserving the health of the land.
Sustainability
We are fully committed to minimising our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices on our farm. We take immense pride in contributing towards a healthier planet. We’d like to share with you some of the achievements that we are proud of.
- Our produce is seasonal, small-batch certified organic and harvested by hand.
- We conduct our own research and development in our on-site lab in support of biodiversity.
- We produce our own seeds, adhere to a strictly no pesticides policy, and use integrated bacteriological treatments in support of a circular, self sustaining system.
- We respect and value every member of our team. It's the combined effort and talents of everyone involved that makes Quintosapore special.
- Our products are stored in glass which is infinitely recyclable as well as reusable and refillable.
- The labels for our products are printed on FSC-certified paper using water-based inks.
