Program of the day:
10am: Arrivals and check in with welcome snack
10.30am: Farm tour and foraging
11.30am: Hands-on ferment making (examples of things you will learn are kimchi and miso)
1.30pm: Leisurely seated 3 courses lunch featuring fermented foods
3pm: Hands-on ferment making to take away and demo fermented drink
4pm: Rachel’s book signing and end of the day
