Chef Nancy Silverton Dinner
Chef extraordinaire Nancy Silverton returned to Quintosapore this Summer for a magical night celebrating over 140 varieties of heritage tomatoes from our Orto. Monteverdi Tuscany’s chef Giancarla contributed to the dinner with other fabulous dishes including a sweet and savoury tarte with our cherry tomotoes and our Scosciamonache — wild plums, that literally take their name from uncovered "Nun's Thighs”.
