AGLIONE GARLIC ALIOLI

Our twin farmer chef Nic created this unique alioli recipe using our majestic ‘Aglione del Re’ garlic, mixed with grapeseed oil, potatoes and lemon.

Although it is called “big garlic”, Aglione belongs to the family of leeks, and dates back to the Etruscan times, when it was called “Emperors’ Garlic”.  This protected variety grows only in the Valdichiana area, where Quintosapore is amongst the few producing it under strict organic practices.

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: add to your roast potatoes and you won’t regret it!

INGREDIENTS

Aglione (39%) sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, potato, lemon juice, pasteurised egg yolk, salt, white pepper.
