DESCRIPTION

Our twin farmer chef Nic’s alioli recipe uses the majestic Aglione del Re garlic we grow in the farm, mixed with our organic extra virgin olive oil, potato and lemon, to create a delicious mayonnaise. Aglione del Re is a variety of leek dating back to Etruscan times which is typical of our region, Umbria.

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: add to your roast potatoes and you won’t regret it!

Aglione (39%) sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, potato, lemon juice, pasteurised egg yolk, salt, white pepper.
