This vegetarian caviar is the perfect example of the Quintosapore way of pouring hours of love and care into making our products.
Grown from our own seeds, Twin Farmer Ale harvests the organic aubergines and smokes them before he hands them to his twin brother Nic, who lovingly hand peels and chops every single one. We then dress them in our Farm Kitchen Lab with garlic, parsley, lime juice, jalapeno chillies and of course, our own delicious extra virgin organic olive oil. Does it take hours? Yes. Do the Twin Farmers watch over our aubergines as if they were precious newborns? Yes. Is it worth it? Hell yeah!
