We create this gourmet salt by combining the finest sea salt crystals with smoked jalapeño chilli flakes.

We harvest the chillies from our organic farm and smoke them in small batches with branches from our olive trees to create flavourful chipotle flakes.

It's a lengthy process, but definitely worth it. The sea salt flakes are infused with a delicate smoked flavour that adds to the taste of just about anything, from scrambled eggs, tomatoes and salads to grilled meats, fish and vegetables.
