SMOKED CHILLI SEA SALT FLAKES

Twin Farm Chef Nic has created this gourmet salt by combining the finest sea salt crystals with our smoked jalapeño chilli flakes.

Alberto (our business director with a soft spot for chili) personally supervises over 100 varieties of all sorts of chillies in our fields.

We harvest the organic chillies and smoke them in small batches, using pruned branches from our olive trees to create a more intense flavour in the final chipotle flakes.

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: he basically adds it to everything!
