Aglione Feast

Aglione della Valdichiana DOP, also known as the 'kissing garlic', is a culinary treasure from the Valdichiana region where our farm is located. Renowned for is colossal size, bulbs can weigh up to 800 grams. We farm our Aglione and use it in a variety of ways with some special and unique recipes developed by our twin farmer chef Nic. Our Aglione Tomato pasta sauce was described by Forbes magazine as "the best ready made pasta sauce out there!".
