This incredibly sweet Green Tomato Passata is made with organic heritage green tomatoes grown on our farm from our seeds - and nothing else (hard to believe but it’s true!)

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: use as a base for any sauce – including with olive oil and garlic for a green tomato pasta sauce which makes for excellent dinner party conversation!
