PASSATA - GREEN TOMATO

Green Tomato Passata is a smooth puree made with 100% green tomatoes grown on our farm using strictly organic farming techniques. With a slightly tangy flavour, it combines well with chicken and fish and makes an excellent base for cold soups like Gazpacho. You can also use it as a base ingredient for many pasta sauces.
