PASSATA - RED TOMATO

Our Red Tomato Passata is a smooth puree, crafted from a wonderful blend of red tomatoes that are grown on our farm using strictly organic farming techniques. We carefully select a mix of tomatoes grown from heirloom seeds to create this versatile passata. You can use it as a base ingredient for any pasta sauce, soups, stews, and casseroles. Alternatively, you can spread it on a pizza base and add your choice of toppings.
