ORANGE TOMATO PASSATA

Our Orange Tomato Passata is made with only organic orange tomatoes, a special variety we call “Tramonto”, which the bees magically created for us while crosspollinating. 

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: use as a base for any sauce – including with olive oil and garlic for an orange tomato pasta sauce which makes for excellent dinner party conversation!
