Orange Tomato Passata is a smooth puree made from 100% organic orange/yellow tomatoes, these are sweeter and less acidic than their red counterparts. The tomatoes used in this passata are handpicked when they are fully ripened and with nothing else added. You can use it as a base ingredient for any pasta sauce, soups, stews, and casseroles.
