PUMPKIN AND BLACK TRUFFLE SOUP

One of our best sellers, this ready-made soup is made with pumpkins and truffles from the farm – and nothing else (hard to believe, but it’s true!).  We use two varieties of pumpkins, Lunga di Napoli and Butternut, while the black truffles are found by our dogs Moka and Bella in the woods when Twin Farmer Ale takes them exploring (and you can do that too, by booking our truffle experiences on the website!)

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: warm up and add a swirl of our extra virgine olive oil for the perfect finishing touch. If you like some crunch, throw in some croutons as well.
