The Twin Farmers use their mum’s recipe for the best Broccoletti Ripassati which you can enjoy straight out of the jar.We use our own heirloom organic purple sprouting broccoli, whose flowers are sweet and tender, and we blanch and sauté them with our own garlic and dried chili.
Chef Nic’s serving suggestion: just warm them up and serve as a side dish or as a topping for bruschetta and pizza (Twin Farmer Ale also puts them in his sandwich!)
