CHIPOTLE SEA SALT FLAKES

Part of our unique collection of different gourmet chili salts developed by Twin Farmer Chef Nic using some of the 100 varieties of organic chilis we grow in our farm.

This sea salt crystals have been mixed with jalapeño chili flakes, smoked in small batches using pruned branches from our olive trees to create a more intense flavor in the final chipotle flakes.

Chef Nic serving suggestion: Jalapeno is mildly spicy and smoky, so it’s perfect to add a slight twist to any dish.
