SCOSCIAMONACHE PLUM COMPOTE

Twin Farmers Ale and Nic have loved Scosciamonache plums since they were kids. This delicious, small-batch compote is made with plums harvested on the farm, cut by hand and prepared in our Farm Kitchen Lab using a particular vacuum cold concentration technique that minimises the addition of sugar and maximises the natural sweetness of the fruit.

Chef Nic’s serving suggestion:  add to cakes, yogurt or spread on toast – life is so much better with some (healthy) sweetness in it!
